    WOW! jumped 40%?
In the 1960s divorce was unheard of. In 2008 it is as common as hotdogs and apple pie.
I bet in the next few years every 3rd or 4th family would have gone through some sort of credit counseling or BK? Crazy!
    Filed: 01/23/08
    341 Meeting: 02/29/08
    Discharged: 04/30/08

Right now bankruptcy filings affect 1 in every 250 homes is what the national average is......

That should tell us a lot about our economy right now, huh!!!!

      WHAT'S NEXT................????????

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

        I wonder,

iF/When U>S< citizens move to China, Mexico & India, Do we get
        FREE FOOD?
        FREE HEALTH CARE?
FREE NO PAYING TAXES THRU owning BUSINESS FOR 7 YEARS?

I am thinking I should finish my BK, change countries & give up being a US citizen, then migrate back to the States in a couple of years & maybe I will even get a FREE HOUSE

Why am I not surprised? Wages have not kept up with the cost of living.
