I have a credit line with Dell Financial Services and I read in the contract a clause that says "Interest Security" meaning that if I am late in a payment they can take the merchandise that I bought. Nevertheless, I am unable to do any payment until September from now. In addition, I do not posses the merchandise anymore, they were gifts. I am just thinking if I am unable to return the merchandise could I have trouble with the law. Meaning an arrest or prosecution?
