    "Parties" section on PACER

    Hi all,

My 341 meeting is in a couple weeks and like most people, I've been nervously checking PACER to see if any creditors are filing documents, etc. I've noticed on the "Party" section of PACER, that in addition to me, the trustee, and my lawyer, there are two other parties listed. One is a creditor and one is the US trustee.

I'm just wondering if this means that these parties are planning to attend my 341, or if it means something else, or if it doesn't mean anything at all. I'm going to ask my lawyer next time I speak with him, but that probably won't be until a little closer to the 341 and it's driving me crazy.

    Thanks for any insight!

    Welcome to the forum.

The entries you found mean nothing. The UST is always listed as the office of the UST oversees the entire bk program. The creditor, or the creditor's attorney, filed a Notice of Appearance. All that means is the creditor wants to make sure it gets copies of whatever the court sends out. Not a big deal.

    Des.
