I’m done with my chapter 7 paperwork and will be doing a final review and then off to my lawyer. I am wreck about this whole thing even though I have no assets and just need to keep my car. The question about gifting money in the last two years is what makes my so anxious. My son lost his very good job during the pandemic. I helped him many times. But never was I late onpayments Had my first 30 day when I stopped paying as directed by my lawyer. He’s still struggling as he’s an IT recruiter and hiring is slow. He could not give back money at this point. Will discuss with my lawyer review. Can’t wait until this is over

Hang in there. From my experience we worry more than necessary. The anxiety and emotional end of BK can be pretty brutal. It's good you will speak to your lawyer.
