Hi I"m Scot and I'm considering a Chapter 7. I have about 20k in credit card and 10k in back rent. I just moved from Maryland where I was unable to get any work as an accountant after the end of the tax season. All my bills fell behind. I have no assets other than my 2009 Nissan which is maybe worth 2k and my grand piano which is worth 5k.
