Welcome! There is a lot to read on this forum. If you have more specific questions just ask. I try to check this board at least once a week. My husband and I had a Chapter 13 BK, definitely was the right choice for us. I think the dates are listed in the signature of my posts. We procrastinated due to the stigma of BK and just not having enough knowledge on this taboo subject that people don't like to talk about. Chapter 13 wasn't easy, but it the best option we had and I am glad we did it and wish we would have done it sooner. I think it was over 2 yrs by the time we actually filed after seeing a good attorney.
