    That's a very good point, Lilgoose!

    This is gonna work for us due to drop in income and a Yo-Yo effect from our taxes. We got something like a $5K-$6K refund in '04 due to a lump sum severance payment. Then we owed $8K+ for '05 due to a retirement IRA withdrawal. So the Trustee wanted to see what a "normal" year would look like for us.
    Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
    Discharged - 12/2006
    Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
    Closed - 04/2007
