COWS

Is it just me, or does anyone else find it amazing that our government can track a single cow born in Canada almost three years ago,right to the stall where she sleeps in the state of Washington? And, they tracked her calves to their stalls.
BUT they are unable to locate 11 million illegal immigrants wandering around our country. Maybe we should give each one of them a cow.

THE CONSTITUTION

They keep talking about drafting a Constitution for Iraq. Why don't we just give them ours? It was written by a lot of really smart guys, it has worked for over 200 years, and we're not using it anymore.

THE TEN COMMANDMENTS

The real reason that we can't have the Ten Commandments posted in a courthouse is this: You can't post "Thou Shalt Not Steal", "Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery", and "Thou Shall Not Lie" in a building full of lawyers, judges and politicians. It creates a hostile work environment.

these had me grinning from ear to ear.

1 is like implants because they want all the animals including marine life microchipped. all farm animals are supposed to be chipped within the next couple of years.(and we should know there is more than one reason for doing all this)
Most all of the wild deer in my area are already tagged.
For the immigrant problem, I suppose that all in due time & when it becomes appealing to the masses, humans will be able to be tracked physically every inch we travel by satellite like the animals. I mean, that is already possible by car devices, cameras, banking etc. It has not yet been all tied together until we are tagged & put into our cow/people stall.

Number 2, I just had to laugh my gutts out because there is so much truth in it, especially after our lovely presy cursed the constitution and called it a G** Da** piece of paper. I could go on & on over that one.
Iraq might make something similiar to our past constitution, when they figure out that religion (ack!) must be seperate from politics (double ack!)

Number 3 was so funny I have to pass it on . I suppose if we all could really get number one & number two down (love God & love neighbor as self) then I suppose the boundaries of thou shall & thou shall not would cease to exist & not be needed thus ending all the hostility everywhere. {Kind of like a bit of heaven}
But!, we are too often greedy & curious creatures & forget one & two.

All too often I see a puffed up society going backwards with all this progress. Then other times I feel there really is progress in certain things - Like medicine & hybrid cars. JMHO

Thanks for putting this out Minnymouth as it really made my night or day, as it were. I can go to sleep & wake up with a smile, a smile pondering wishful thinking & reality put in check. A Check Mate, that is.
