Even sporting events and their outcomes are driven by big money. I have a hunch that FOX's money will ultimately ensure a World Series between the Boston Red Sox and Colorado Rockies. A World Series featuring the Red Sox will bring much higher ratings AND money for FOX, then a Cleveland/Rockies series.
FOX lost big time last year when St. Louis faced Detroit.
Football's Superbowl always has real high ratings no matter who plays.
NBA's ratings depend on individuals on each team.
