You're asking about how to edit your signature. That's what you're seeing at the bottom of our comments.
How to edit your signature:
When you are logged in, you'll see a blue menu bar towards the top. One of the items says, "Quick Links." Click on that.
A small menu will pop up. Click on the item that says, "Edit Signature."
You'll be taken to a page that has an editor box that looks like you're going to edit a post. You can put a message that is up to 4 lines there. You can use colours, smilie faces, links (although, I believe you may need to get those approved first...), etc.

Another way to get there,..............
Click on your User Name and that will take you to your public User Profile.
Then Upper Left of the User Profile page, click on User CP. User Control Panel. You'll get a toolbar of options.
