Has enbody used the FDRS.org system? Federal Debt relief system?

I found a site that is very interesting and wanted to know if anybody has used it with good results. Its the Federal Debt Relief System at fdrs.org Sounds interesting but not sure still. Any help would be thankful!

This is a company that deals in consolidation of debts just like all the others, except they are using a fancy NAME......
You will pay them just like you pay the others to handle your debts.

And many credit card companies will not work with debt relief companies, so your right back at square one again with LITTLE paid on your debts.

    BUYER - BEWARE!!!

Dang, it sounded great. At first I thought that the Feds were finally going to hold lenders partly responsible. At least by the sound of that official sounding name!

Listen and apply Miss Piggy's rule of thumb when looking for a good hotel to this situation:

The fancier te name, the dumpier the hotel. (Not verbatum) "The Chataeu Vendome San Eclaire with be a dirty dump with one toilet. The Charles will will be clean and efficiently run". Federal Debt Relief System opr FDRS.org is intentionally deceptive. They immediately give a false impression and evoke the smell of some States Attorney General investigating now or a short while from now. Stay away from things that are INTENDED to decieve. CCCS is well known, they state what they are without deception.

          I am in the program

Ok So, I joined the program 5 months ago. My sister went through it. Her debt was $18,000, mine is a lot more. I'm embarassed to say...but it's alot. Anyway, she runs a daycare and is pretty organized but she had 4 creditors and actually had to go to court to file some papers. This is not debt consolidation. The Legal network FDRS uses sent her a template to fill out and take to court. It looked hard but was really easy after the legal guy explained it to her. So anyway it worked for her. I see a lot of posts on the net saying it's a scam but then it turns out those look like they are posted by bill collectors or competitors. When I first started it was hard to get customer service on the phone. So now I talked to the guy there and he said that they have grown so quickly that they had to play catch up and now they have a whole big staff for customer service. Now when I call I almost always get someone or they call back pretty soon. It worked for my sister and I have learned a lot. They send out a DVD every month. My husband really likes to watch them. The guy there told me the main problem they have is people drop out of the program then they want thier money back then FDRS can't help them because they stop paying and they complain. If you are in the program it looks like if you just do what you are supposed to it works. On the BBB website it says they only have like 45 complaints and a lot of the time they refunded the money so how can it be a scam? Only 45 complaints??? Thats actually awesome.

Federal Debt Relief System Works if you do it right

Well, it worked for my sister and I'm in the program now so I'm going to post on here to tell what happens. I've been in it for 5 months. They got my sister out of $18,000 debt. She had to got to court to file some papers but that was about it. I asked the guy why they have a lot of negative postings and he said it's mostly from bill collectors or competitors and some are from people who dropped out and stopped paying and now they blame FDRS so I'm going to post here and some other places and tell whatever happens to me. At first I had a hard time getting customer service to call me back. The guy said they grew so fast they had to catch up by hiring a lot more customer service people. Now I almost always get someone the first time. I got an email from them with a passcode to log in their site and follow the progress of my program and make sure they got my Faxes and stuff. They only have 45 complaints on the BBB which everyone knows the BBB is a scam anyway. But how can they be a scam and only have 45 complaints and it even said they refunded money to people. Anyway it worked for my sister and she's really busy cuz she has her own business.

I have made this a habit because I have been taken by so many for so much that everything on the internet has to be passed through Google so that I know what I am getting involved with, this has save me countless times, check out this program before getting involved, its a shame to throw away money.

I want to make this clear for anyone considering joining FDRS or any other scam company that offers debt termination services. It is a scam.

The scam is based on the bogus "no money lent" argument, where the claim is made that credit card banks cannot loan money legally. Through strange leaps of logic, the scammers claim that credit card banks are actually operating illegally, and so you never really borrowed any money when you used your credit cards! Therefore, you don't really need to pay anything back. You just have to follow their system and the debts will go away because the banks don't want this knowledge disclosed to the public!

I realize this may sound ridiculous at first glance, but the con artists are very convincing, California State Attorney Generaland there are dozens of websites promoting this dangerous scam. They refer to publications by the Federal Reserve Board, the Uniform Commercial Code, the Truth in Lending Act, and other public laws to bolster their claims and give an aura of legitimacy to their "program." I've talked with numerous consumers who have been conned out of $2,500, $5,000, even up to $15,000 because they believed the hype that these snake-oil salesmen were peddling. If you're $30,000, $50,000, or $100,000 deep in credit card debt, it can be very tempting to believe in a magic pill. What if you could pay someone 15% of the debt and make the rest of the debt disappear?

As tempting as the promoters make it sound, the debt elimination techniques they are using simply do not work. About the only thing they accomplish is getting you sued by your creditors. As you might expect, creditors hate this scam, and they come down hard on people trying to use this bogus "no money lent" system. You don't need to take my word for this. Check out the complaints on ripoffreport.com about Liberty Resources, a debt elimination scam that was shut down in Ohio. Or do some research on New Leaf Associates out of Florida, a scam that was shut down by the Florida Attorney General after consumers were ripped off for millions of dollars. I've personally talked to people who were caught up in both of these scams, as well as others who were involved in scams that have not yet been shut down.

Folks, there is no free lunch. The only thing such "debt termination services" will do for you is take your money. Their legal theories are total nonsense, and the courts do not recognize their arguments. These are the same people who also claim you don't need to pay your income taxes either. As tempting as it might be to try one of these services, you'll only get yourself in deeper trouble with your creditors.

If you have already been scammed by FDRS please report them to the Federal Trade Commission ,The
California State Attorney General as well as your own state attorney general , The Better Business Bureau and the FBI. Here are some sites to help you file complaints
