I went on the Pacer, and I haven't had my meeting of the creditors yet. But there is a last day for objections date already listed there. Does that mean if no creditor objects that they will discharge my BK? please help

Right. 60 days after your 341 if no one objects then you are discharged - except in the rarest of circumstances. But it may not get posted on Pacer right away, mine is now around 20 days after the 341, still no posting of Discharge.<<I am NOT an attorney, my comments are anecdotal only. FINALLY DISCHARGED 92 DAYS AFTER THE 341!
A NEW START!!!

Theystretched my "last day" beyond dischargem all the way to within two weeks of closing. Just wait and see what happens, most likely it will show soon, except in my case."You once asked me for advice. You want some now? Never pass up a good thing." Lieutenant Jean Rasczak, Starship Troopers

I'm not sure what you mean. You mean they extended the period for objections for 30 days or something like that?
But they informed you of that, right? And why did they do it?<<I am NOT an attorney, my comments are anecdotal only. Contact an attorney for advice>>

Without informing me in any way my last day for objection was extended until near closing which took eleven months."You once asked me for advice. You want some now? Never pass up a good thing." Lieutenant Jean Rasczak, Starship Troopers
