Help!!!!

Hi everyone I need help, i am very anxious ; in this moment i am doing cap 7 of bankrouptcy and i dont know how long time the bank request my home; my meeting will be into 2 weeks and need to know how long time should i remain in this home???? i have a baby and really i am very bother!!!!
Please every one help me!!!

can you give us more information? Are you including the house in the BK? Do you have a mortgage? Do you mean the 341 meeting? Is it the initial consultation? Have you spoken to a lawyer. What did he or she say? I'm sure someone can help you here if you give more facts. Thanks.

Well i have a lawyer but he told me that this was my desicion and really i cant to pay the mortgage because i lost my job and i tried to talk with the bank for mutual agreement but their answer was NOOOOOT; the meeting with the court will be within 2 weeks....and i need to know how long time should we remain in this home????

Its gonna take a while for them to foreclose. You will get notices etc. etc. My advice is to take advantage of the free rent as long as possible.

I think that there is a language issue here by the way the post is written.
Your initial meeting is a 341. In that meeting the Trustee meets you and basically begins to discover whether or not you have assets that he can seize. There will be a period between that time for creditors to object to your BK discharge.

if you are surrendering your home in the BK then the foreclosure will take time. You may have up to one year to vacate.

I know that it is difficult but you have to try and control your anxiety at this time and work out the issues. Easy to say but please try. Also you need someone who apeaks both your language and understands US legal terms to sit down and go through things with you, not a friend with limitations but someone who is very proficient in both languages.

Ask any questions you may have here and do not be afraid because of language issues, just try to be clear and not panicked when you ask. Many people here are from different places so please feel welcome. You will need friends and advice to help you in Bankruptcy, you are welcome here always.
