    Do it TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!

If a supermarket near you sells stamps - load up on Forever stamps @41 cents a piece today. Tomorrow the stamps will increase to 42 cents - but you'll be able to use those stamps that you bought today even tomorrow.
My zip code's post office had a line around the block yesterday so people could buy 41 cents Forever stamps.

I would like to suggest just ordering them online at USPS.com. Much quicker and easier than standing in line (around the block??) to save a buck or two. 100 stamps will last me at least 10 years. I'm not even sure I use as many as 5 stamps a year, so will probably even last me 20 years. BTW, the stamp price increase happens May 12 at 12 a.m. central time, which of course is midnight tonight.
04/04/08- Notice of deficiency balance due from a repo. 04/18/08- Fico scores w/repo listed: EXP 624, TRAN 610, EQU 610. 04/19/08- Found this forum. 04/24/08- Retained attorney for a chapter 7, filing singly. 5/5/08- Turned in bk paperwork to atty. 5/27/08- Date set for reviewing paperwork.

I don't use mail as much, I pay most of my bill's in person. I mostly correspond through email these days.

Personally if I bought a bunch of forever stamps I wouldn't waste them on a 1 cent increase, just buy the 42 cent stamps then in about 5 years when it cost 50 cents, use them then .

I think that is the point of the forever stamps. They can be used forever. However if you buy a 42 cent stamp and the postage goes up ...you are outta luck unless you add a small stamp in addition.
