My friend and I am thinking of opening a mixed martial arts gym, What exactly will the bank be expecting before they'll even think of giving us a loan, besides a business plan. Thanks a lot guys and girls. What do I need to have to get a new business loan? If a business qualifies for a SBA loan, does it mean it is making a profit? I need to know your opinion. Thanks a lot.
