How hard would it be to convert from a 13 to a 7? Atty screwed up...BIGTIME!

I realized my attorney made a major mistake on me filing. Although I'm over the median, I still qualified for a chp 7 (at least at the time of filing). I'm not sure how it would look if I converted now. My question is can you convert to a 7 based on the mistake the attorney made or would I be better to have my case dismissed then refile? In the means test my atty did not use the payments on the property being surrender which put me at a positive cash flow. However in the Northern District of GA, they allow the means test to include payments on surrendered property on chp 7. The property that I surrendered in the 13 is still in my name, I'm just not sure how to proceed.

It is normally not to hard, however you do have to pay a filing fee etc to convert. I would only do it if you are absolutely sure.
