    Don't sweat the small stuff

    Daughter's 28 year old friend died this morning awaiting a lung transplant.

    If you possibly can, please make sure your driver's license designates you as an organ donor.

    I am so sorry to hear this. Your daughter and her friend are in our prayers. 'Hub's DL already designates him as a donor. Mine doesn't, but it's up for renewal next month and I'll correct that then.

      Sorry to hear of your loss.
      May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
      July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
      September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

        I'm so very sorry. What a tragedy DH and I are both donors.

          What better thing in your life can you do than "give the gift of life" to someone else as you leave this world.

              In Florida even if you dl says you are an organ donor, it will be up to you imediate family to authorize. Make sure if that is what you guys want to do to let them know.
