    Everybody Read!!

Any and all members who start bicking among themselves and name calling on this forum will be dealt with.

If you don't want information or the opinion of members on this forum, DON'T ASK FOR IT!!

Everyone please read your forum RULES!!!

I deleted the entire thread regarding the "kids at 341 meetings"....... mainly because 95% of the thread was "bickering", the apoligizing, and most it non-help to any member (besides leaving a bad impression on new members).

Children are NOT supposed to be at the 341 meeting. Its in the best interest of your bankruptcy case that you do not take them!!

Sometimes circumstances arise where you absolutely have to take your kids with you........

In those cases, pray their quiet, and pray your Trustee looks over it........

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

Clap, Clap, Clap!!! I believe in three strikes and you're out. It would be wise to give a personal message to someone who seems frustrated with what this board is designed to do, or plainly out of control. This is the best form of free advice and what works by experience. We (my wife and I) have learned a lot, had stress removed, entertained ourselves, and felt "good" when we helped another. Please be stern and fair. Thank you Minnie and all the other Moderators. 'Hub and wife

Funny timing I ended up reading this post now!

I came in here, to "General Talk" to try to get a better feel for the place, because I just got really annoyed with some threads and some comments that I read (none to me, to others). Luckily, there's also been some very nice, helpful people I've run into here

I'm new here, and I came for the information, and maybe even some help and support...but I could do without some of the egos I've seen being flexed, and the judgments being thrown around (and by some MODS). There seems to be this "one upmanship" going on here, and a lot of "I can prove I'm smart if I prove you're an idiot" games. I spend a lot of time in technical forums for business, and I was hoping I could get away from that kind of mentality...

Again, I'm new. Brand new. I don't know who's who, what their story or history here is. IMO, there should be no room for judgment of another person in these forums, no matter WHAT job they do, or what circumstances brought them to filing bankruptcy.

Maybe they had a death in the family. Maybe they're disabled. Maybe they suffered a breakdown. Maybe they never finished high school. You don't know WHY they are filing bankruptcy, or work at the job they do, or live where they do...and just like every case is different, so is every person.

There's a million and one things you can't tell about a person simply from reading a post made by them ONLINE. So again I say, there should be no room for judgments here or treating others in a condescending manner.

But, this forum is such a wealth of information. You are very astute. Shameless fights abound because of egos and judgmental posters. What can you do? Take the good with the bad because you will get an excellent BK education here.

You're so right, the information available here is vast, and it's what I'm trying to focus on. Where else can you find so many people assembled who've experienced something most Americans will never go through even once in a lifetime?
