So we filled last week and yesterday got a letter from toyota sayng that i have 20 days to get current or they are coming for the car. We are not keeping the car only reafirming the other one. So don't they have to wait till its all over to be able to come and get it or is it fair game for them. The lawyer said go ahead and turn it over but I kinda wanna keep it a long as possiable. So is the letter legit or does it become VOID since I filed

It is fair game until you actually file BK. If the get it before then, they can have. If you still have the car when you file, you can keep the car until they file a Motion to Lift Stay in the BK (that usually occurs within 30-40 days of you filing BK).
In your case, they probably have not received notice of the BK. You may want to call them (or have your attorney contact them) and Toyota your case number.
