I am married but filing single do to my overuse of CC without my husbands knowledge. When determining our expenses for C13 will they consider his monthy payments to credit cards in his name? We are just over the median income in our state (CT) and have a house so I thought C13 would be best for us. Does anyone have experience with married filing alone? Thanks.

only what is in your name, dear
.
if you are filing alone, you can't put bills/income/assets from other peoples name into your Ch13, even if you are married. Unless of course you file together but it sounds like you think you can hide this for the next 5 years?
only your bills and only your income and only your assets, not your husbands bills or income.
This should really get moved into the general BK or chapter 13 forum.

those states are community property where income might be considered community income.
my hunch is, if all the unsecured debt you are filing on is in your name only & you have no joint debt and your income is zero right now, you do not own very much in your name, you would qualify for a 7, not 13.
How much is the unsecured debt anyway?
I mean, how much do you not want your spouse to know you spent?
