    ...free taco at taco bell...

I voted a week ago, does that mean I can still get the free stuff today & what exactly do they want to see? That little red sticker that says I VOTED?

    ...free gallon of gas...yah right

Yes I think so. MY daughter got her Starbucks coffee, but she said they were soooo busy pouring coffee they didn't even ask for the stickers. Someone said at Chick-Fil-A they will take the stickers, but I don't have any word on that yet.

I am gonna go to CFA for lunch!

Called my son who lives way out in the country and he said "all we get out here is a free whiff of manure!"

      LOL

According to an article I read on CNN this morning it is actually illegal to offer someone a reward for voting. Hence Starbucks has changed their promotion to anyone who asks for the free cup of coffee gets it. Don't know about the other places.

the taco bell by where i work had a sign up two weeks ago that said "free taco on voters tuesday"

that would not be illegal. it would be no different than saying free taco on tuesday as long as they dont say you have to prove you voted when you go there, they should be fine.

not all the taco bells were doing it because the one by my house did not have it.

              I hope everyone votes.

In my area, if you voted early(like I did), you can still get free Starbucks.

Well I had a free Chick-Fil-A sandwich for lunch. It was yummy!

However, we went to Krispy Kreme later with my granddaughter and they had a sign on the door that said "No More Free Donuts".

I don't think there is anything wrong with offering something for voting, as long as they are not telling you WHO to vote for (Buying votes).

Hub echoed what I wanted to say- love them for their differences.
I have a 14, almost 15 yr old that will get to vote the next time we chose a president. It just blows me away.
