Sometimes I just want to screem!

I don't feel good at all. I am so tired all the time. I got hurt in April at work...or so I say. I work in a warehouse. I was putting a box up. I felt a pinch in my back but the discomfort immediately went away. 2 days later while at the grocery store my back locked up and I could not move for several minutes. I filed workers comp when I returned to work. I got sent to their doctor who poked at my back and had me return every other week for almost 3 months. He didn't do anything else, at all. My workers comp was denied. I had an attorney who was going to go to the industrial commission meeting with me to fight it but I decided not to fight it. The only way he was getting paid was if I got money from the company. I just wanted them to pay the stinkin bills. Now I wish I had. They waited two months to get a written statement from my witness, which they then rewrote. I started as a temp 8/06 and got hired 3/07. I was given a file folder of paperwork and told to let them know when I was done filling out the papers. I didn't sign any of the paperwork that said they had gone over safety procedures with me because they had not (and i told them so). I got the doctor bills and they were $2500. Insurance says they wont cover them because it is work related. I am still having issues, though somewhat different. In July I found out, I have pinched nerves in both elbows (emg was done). Doctor said that this was probably do to pushing and pulling carts and pallet jacks (8-12 hours a night). I have gone through 12 weeks of OT and no help. I have been having neck pains and headaches. I also have been having numbness and tingling in my arms and fingers (due likely to pinched nerves) so doc did mri on my neck. Apparently I also have psoriatic arthritis and am now going to have to go to PT 3 times a week for 6 weeks and then go back and see doc. I have psoriasis on my elbows which may increase chances for infection if he has to do surgery. Now I get shooting pains in my fingers (he says arthris might be all over body- and that that is what is causing tendonitis problems in feet). I am putting in for FMLA but that doesn't stop it from hurting (which is all I want!). Went to eye doctor Sat and he said I have bubbles and pockets that have formed in the inside of my eyelids due to dust (can't imagine where the dust came from). On top of this I get severe migraines 2-3 times a month. Have high blood pressure, diabetes and PCOS. I am only 31. I should not be this tired all the time. I'm gonna take a nap. Thanks for letting me vent. Any advice on managing pain (other than the meds)would be greatly appreciated. I would like to quit my job but it is so hard to find another one making what I do and the insurance is awsome. Might have to make less, I guess.

I suffered with an injured back for some time.

I first hurt it in the late Summer of 2001. I then hurt it again in 2002 and later in 2004. The 2001 and 2004 incidents were at work, the 2002 was at home.

I never have really recovered. The doctors they sent me to claimed they couldn't find anything but arthritis. However I still have sharp pains in my lower back and walk with a limp much of the time. A friend's wife thinks I have messed up some disc in the lower back.

I also had problems with my sinuses. As a result of the sinus and back troubles I did eventually leave my work. I lost the medical coverage of course, and I make less money an hour. However for the most part I make actually more money since I"m not paying to see the doctor every month and not having to take all kinds of medicine (though I probably should do both again soon).

They did an MRI on me full body to check for problems, maybe such could help you?

After 30 & 40 years of age, it becomes very hard for most to keep digging ditches for work every day.

We know about medical problems, accidents and pain all too well.

I have had hip problems since forever. When I was in my 20s, I discovered chiropractic. It was the first time I wasn't in pain (took 3-4 months).

I had an injury in 2004 with three hairline fractures in my lower back. Down for months but kept moving, lying down, moving. Chiro got me up and working within the year. I could not work without one, so it behooves me to go at least once a week.

He fixes discs, my pinched nerves and the most I take is Advil.

I wish all to feel better
