I am not that tech savvy, but my iphone and internet card are gadgets I would hate to live without. (both gifts, cause I am cheap and would never spend the money, lol)

When I turn on my PC, I notice my processor fan started turning and screen start appear, but it suddenly turn off. The processor fan then start stop turning and the screen doesn't manage appear at hardware detection.

Thinking it may be power supply problem so I changed the power supply but result still fail. Then I check any short at motherboard or the connection. But it seen there are no short at it.

Finally, I take up all my RAM (2x512RAM). Turn on the PC, the processor fan start turning and continous to turn without stop. But no screen appears at the monitor.

So my question is does these problem related to the RAM ? Should I buy a new one?

Does the PC beep at all when it starts up? Sounds like the video card, is the video card integrated(on the mother board) or is it a standalone?
