car after discharge?

I recently received my discharge and i still have a car that was included in the bk and discharged the finance com has made no attempt to collect car its worth $3000 but i owed $14,000 i want to keep car and would like to work something out with the finance com so my question is has anyone had success doing this after a discharge?
