    Forgive Me.

I am listening to Christmas music today!

    ROFLMAO.

I couldn't help myself. I was Christmas shopping online, and got in the mood, so now I am listening to streaming music.

Plus my family and I are doing our pre-Christmas name exchange today....

BUSY running my own credit repair services! Sorry I don't stop in so often any more!

Nothing wrong with that! DH & my youngest DD watched Miracle on 34th St the other day.

An odd note on that-Bloomingdale's & Macy's were competitors way back when, now they're the same company. (We found out yesterday that my brother in law, a recent college graduate and aspiring actor-to-be is going to work fulltime for Bloomingdale's. He is thrilled-needs a stable, guaranteed income so his bills are paid before he pursues his dream. I'm so proud of him-he's very responsible for being a young 20-something.)

I have about 90% OF Christmas shopping done, I do it all year, probably spend more but I feel like I am getting a great deal. Christmas decorations were in many stores here middle of Sept., limited but still there.
I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....

I am a bargain shopper, and normally do a lot of C'mas shopping on Ebay. DH hates it-he likes being out & about when everyone is shopping. (I know-I married a NUT but he is a good NUT.) One year, I got him a $400 leather jacket for $100. (It had the original tag on it when it arrived.) Personally, I brag when I get a good deal-I'd rather be known for being cheap & smart than stupid. I even got my wedding dress on Ebay, for under $100 including s/h.

We won't be doing alot for C'mas this year-for obvious reasons. My cousin has a website (agiftinabox.com) and the same line of products are sold on alot of other websites, but I can get them thru her at a big discount off of the usual price so I'll probably do some shopping there. Mostly knick knack type stuff, but great for people who collect things. (If anyone sees anything they like, I can 'share' my discount-there are alot more items than what she has listed, just let me know if there is something particular you are looking for. The only requirement is a minimum order of $50 worth of stuff for her to ship it to a new address. S/h is just whatever it costs her. For any orders less than $50, she'll only ship to me and re-shipping defeats the purpose of saving $$.) I had looked into trying to resell items, but I'm not good at marketing and I feel bad making a profit off of other people, LOL!

I always hear of people finding bargain deals like that on eBay. I, for some reason, never can.

I want to get my Daddy a real nice watch this year. Maybe someone can steer me in the right direction!

Overstock.com One of the BEST for good deals (I personally shop there myself!)

When I got home from work yesterday, my DD told me they watched Jack Frost again. She is just now reaching the age where a non-cartoon movie will keep her attention.

DH is off on Monday nights, but since he normally works from 10pm-6am, he tends to be awake late. Last night when he finished watching the football game, he put in Its a Wonderful Life. Part way thru, he decided he wasn't in the mood for it, and put in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.

I'm proud of DH. He has promised NOT to overdo C'mas decorations this year. Usually, our worst electric bill is Dec/Jan (rather than July/August from the A/C use) because of all the lights. He normally has alot of outside lights (and some inside) running from 6pm-11pm on a timer from T'giving on. Then, from C'mas Eve to NY Day, he has them running 24/7. This year, he'll just do a little decorating inside.

I brought my grandson one of those grinch santa's that sings and dances. My husband tries to act like a grinch. Told grandson that was his pawpaw and he just agrees. Everything that he decides to name is either pawpaw or Bruce (don't ask me where Bruce came from).
Walk in the stores and see Halloween displays opposite Christmas displays, the least they could do is put them in different parts of the stores.
