    It's now even tighter...

I just got a "Pre-Approval" letter from Juniper Company. In business since 2000, has 1.5 billion in assets and such (You'll soon see why).

Perusing the letter, they now give 20 DAYS grace period. Furthermore, they state "We reserve the right to check creditors account and OTHER accounts and raise interest accordingly"

Now if there's a credit card one has to have, these bloodsuckers shouldn't be on the list!

Genenco, i badly needed a laugh and i got it. i turned on the computer before my eyes were open good and pulled up this site(as i go to work shortly) and read like 2 posts before this one. It was great.

I appreciate and others appreciate the warning that you were purveying about Juniper and your reading the fine print. Thanks
      Thanks for the laugh too.
I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....

I liked it sooo good that I came back to it to see it again, and laughed just as hard. Thanks again.

Hmmm...He (I guess) doesn't show as having visited the site today. But no matter, that's the upside (Or downside, depending on your view) when someone "Quotes" you

I hope a mod didn't get a bit tiffed with Lighting. I know that Lighting (In their own way) means well (Up to a point) but really needs to understand how those here feel about the crisis they are feeling and needs to lower the rancor of their postings.

I know I should do the same. I really should get a grip in my responses and maybe will take the old "Chill Pill" in upcoming posts...

However, I will continue berating CC companies as I see fit....No matter who supports them or their policies and actions.

You know what they say about opinions.....
There are some things that just need to be said, but it is the way he says it. However, he really has gotten better or at least shorter. I do value his input, it gives us a different side to things, but this isn't a trial and he isn't the judge, jury, & the jailer either.

This may not be a popular approach, but when I read the terms you posted I saw it as a positive... A creditor telling you the truth for a change! They all tend to follow the practice of raising your rates when they decide that you're a 'high risk' if they see that you're using your credit accounts. Here is one that tells you upfront about it. That is a FIRST!

Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

StaciMM -I think statements like these are what this forum are about: to pass along information, an exchange of ideas, bounce around thoughts and to be a shoulder for someone to cry on.

I never looked at it like that, but yes, their honesty is unusual..But I sure did shred that (Bleeping!) application into VERY small pieces....
