Help - Can I use WU from my checking account tonight?

I plan on filing BK shortly, but a good friend of mine in another state lost his CC - can I wire him simply $50 (plus 7 fees) or will that become a questionable charge out of my checking account?

Wire him the money and when he pays you back just put it back in the account. Plus I don't think anyone would care about a whopping $57.
