    Bankruptcy Petition Preparers

Are there any online Chapter 7 petition filers that anyone can reccomend? Most of the old posts completely bash Bridgeport Bankruptcy, so I'm reluctant to use them. Does anyone have any good experiences with these services?
    Thanks,
    Tom D.

If you're gonna file pro se, do it all the way. You don't want your filing to be at the mercy of someone else that you can't even communicate with.

You can check around locally and see if you can find a BK paralegal willing to do it for you for a fee.

Our attny has 2 paralegals. The parents of the one that is working on our case filed BK a few years back. The paralegal was working for another attny at the time. She said she basically filed her parents' BK herself. The attny was just there for show and that's all he did too. Appear at the 341.

So maybe you could find a local BK paralegal to prep your docs for you. Remember they can't give legal advice, but they do know a lot.
