60 calender days has passed since my 341 hearing and on day 61 a credit card company filed an adversary proceeding to stop the dischargeability of their debt. can they do this after day number 60? that is 60 calendar days. not 60 court or business days right? they filed the adversary proceeding on day 61. what can i do to fight this. it is beyond 60 days. will this hold up the dischargeability of the other debts i filed on. also, another credit card company filed an adversary proceeding 4 days before my discharge date. can they stop the other creditors from discharging on the scheduled discharged date?

It should be 60 I thought. Did you file pro se? Your lawyer would have the answer if you used one.
Need more details on the complaint. How much is being disputed? how long before you filed? what did you charge? any luxury purchases? what made you decide to file bankruptcy after you made the charge or did you consider bankruptcy when you made the charge? What was your financial condition when you made the charge?
All other debts will be discharged on schedule and the disputed amounts will have to go to trial to let the judge decide unless you settle. As far as settling that depends on the answers to the above questions.
