One last dumb question for the day!

I know this is pretty dumb but worth a try...

Would it, could it (going Dr. Seus here...)be possible to beak into the refund check that I have to send to my trustee to close my ch. 7 and buy new tires for the truck?

Or is that just asking for more trouble????

    Picking a definite straws here....

I can't find a second job fast enough....

Although...they are hiring at the 711 across the street from where I just moved....I bet they'd work with me on nights/weekends...which is when I can work...plus I'd get to meet a variety of interesting people!

why don't you check with a local tire dealer and see if he can put you on a payment plan (90 days same as cash) on some tires....... and then try to pay them off in 3 months......

The trustee might work with you on the tire issue if you ask him, but I doubt it..... he'll tell you to do without something else if you need tires.... (not his problem)......

Let me know what you do............

HOnestly, no tire place in their right mind would do a payment plan.

I'd check into the 7-11 job.

        JeepMom,

Many places will do a 90 days same as cash........... they do it on furniture, etc.......

Why would tires be any different........

Sears offers tires, and they have a 90 days same as cash option on everything............

Mom said that she'd co-sign with me on a Sear's card so I'm going to see if she'll go over to the mall tonight and we can get that started...that way I can get basic tires (still don't know if I'm keeping vehicle after I'm closed) and be safe to drive...

And waiting to hear on part time job (which pays $9/hour)...my resume is good, volunteering with Sarasota Film Festival should be a plus...
