Heh, when you have a "queerguy" (that was his username, I'm not bashing the lifestyle) stalking you through pm's and making other posts how you're his favorite idiot, and then watch nothing be done about it until he starts recommending to new posters (seeking legitimate advice) to kill themselves, it makes you wonder why people are allowed such a long leash here. Thats why I deleted most of my earlier posts and have slowed way down on posting here. He was reading through my previous posts to try and find stuff to use against me.....pretty sad some people sink to those levels. I've missed many of the past month's posts but this one stood out.

It should be obvious the posters who are here to share their VERY personal experiences, hoping to find some good advice, and offer help and advice from their own experiences....and then which ones are just here to start trouble. I don't know if they're just kids or maybe ticked of collection agency workers with nothing better to do with their time.

Anyways, I do miss talking with many of you, but it started getting hectic here and I just decided to move on.....I lurk every now and then though. Good luck all, and I hope you can try to ignore the immature posters in order to keep participating and learning. I couldn't, and I knew I would probably get banned for cursing out one of those morons.

EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ THE FORUM RULES.......

Some members lately have been warned, sent on R&R, banned temporarily or banned permanently for their actions on the forum regarding issues and the feelings towards others.....

It takes all kinds of people to "make up the world"..... the good, the bad, the ugly, and the unnecessary.....

Regarding bad postings and PM's.......

Each of you have the opportunity to notify a moderator that a person is out of line in their posting content. Each notification will be looked at and judged upon as to what is to be done with the party involved.

If you do not want other members sending you PM, then block that area of your user control panel. Then no one can send you obnoxious, or slandering messages.

I as a MOD (can't speak for the others) want you to inform me of any posting that you feel NEEDS LOOKING AT - for content, advertising, language, rudeness, slandering, racial or sexual content....
This helps me with what is going on in the threads that I do not have time to sit and read. I do not always have the opportunity to read EVERY POSTING on this forum.... though some days I do! Wish I had the time to read and respond to every one of them....

Daily we have people who visit our site just to create a disturbance........ or to "rattle" our already frazzled nerves..... then they laugh and go on.... Some just like to "get everybody GOING"!!!!!!! Just to get a "rise" out of them!!!

We value every member of this forum we have...... new ones and the older ones as well. Many offer suggestions, ideas, and heartfelt concern for what the others may be going thru right now.......

But we also have those whose "plight" it is to cause problems on the forum or to just "run their mouth so to speak"........ Nothing productive, helpful, or constuctive to offer the forum.... Just cause problems and be a "smart ass"!!

This is a "support forum", not a "bashing forum" and it will not be turned into one!!!

Language, personal attacks towards others will not be tolerated......

If you have been warned, temporarily banned, its for breaking forum rules or creating an unnecessary disturbance on the forum resulting in "nothing productive" coming from you.

Each member of the forum is treated with the same respect and attitude until they prove themselves otherwise....

Each member of the forum is allowed to voice their opinion (whether anyone agrees with them or not) UNTIL it infringes on the rights of other members or reflects a personal attack on another member.

Any of you that might have ideas or thoughts about how the forum is moderated daily or how it can be improved can PM them to me or the Adminstrator for consideration and thought.

On this forum nerves are "tight", frayed from the BK process...... tempers will flare from time to time, people hit "raw nerves"..... Moderators try to keep all this under control and too a limit.....

And we often have members "onboard" some WHO THINK we should handle things this way or that way.... and that our own stupidity is what created our problems...

We have some members who are very outspoken, too the point of being critical (but mean well) in their suggestions and ideas.

Everyone REMEMBER, we do not know each other, each others moods, personality, or what lifestyles we each might lead. What we often "blurt out to someone" can hurt feelings, step on toes, and be very offensive if not a constructive debate.

We are here to HELP, SUGGEST, OFFER A SHOULDER TO CRY ON, AND TOO SOOTH THE SHATTERED NERVES, of all going thru bankrutpcy. TO INFORM, HELP THEM UNDERSTAND THE BK PROCESS AND ALL THEIR UP AGAINST (because their attorneys sure don't tell them the pitfalls)....of filing bankruptcy. When their process is over we all want to WISH THEM WELL in their "new beginning" and hope they never have to travel this road again...

Many of us stay on the forum after our bankrtupcy is over to help others......since many helped us thru it all. Its our way of "giving back" and saying "thank you for being there for me"!!!!

Some of the members have "become friends" thru the entire process and keep in touch thru the forum....

As before, anyone that disrupts the forum, keeps breaking forum rules, or "trolls" visiting for personal gain at our members expense will be dealt with........

Moderators try to be upfront and fair with each member, though some members will continously "push the button" to see what we will do if they step over the line...... MODS use their own judgement and often consult with another MOD regarding some issues.... Each problem is dealt with by its own merits and content...

TO ALL INVOLVED - Help keep our Forum a "nice place" to be....... a place to go too during our bankruptcy process and know we are "among" friends and people who are and have experienced everything we have and are going thru during the process. A place to ask opinions, throw around ideas and what "if's". A source of knowledge and material concerning bankrutpcy and all that happens to us during the process........ since it is "untread water" for all of us.

Keep your cool, be constructive not critical, think and post with a level head.... and try not to be "judge and jury" because we already have one.....

I just read the 15 posts yrusodumb has made and every single one of them is nothing but insults. This person gets off on taking jabs at people and DOES NOT CONTRIBUTE anything at all on this forum, which is a bankruptcy forum, which is full of people in distress and the last thing most of them want is someone taking CHEAP POTSHOTS at them!!!! What gives?!?!?


Why is this person even allowed to keep posting here Minny? This is what I was referring to in my earlier post in this topic. Its OBVIOUS this person just wants to cause trouble, and yet is still allowed to "stir it up". I'm starting to think that whoever owns, admins, and mods this site and forum is behind a lot of this since its been allowed for so long. The names change but the posts still contain the same "lightning" effect.....just my opinion.

Tin was asked to be nice because YRUSODUMB is just getting back from being "banned" (R&R) for his behavior.....

All members are given a 2nd chance till proven otherwise.........

YRYSODUMB wants the opportunity to offer constructive criticizm and suggestions - he has been given that chance......

Several have been banned with the 2nd chance of cleaning their act up.....

When they prove themselves useless...........it becomes permanent...

Anyone that feels that someone is annoying or obnoxious, please PM a MOD and let them know..... we don't have time to read EVERY single thread on the forum....

Be our eyes and ears so to speak...... it does make a difference.....
