    Exercises does help the stress!

ok...finally, a month after my move, I have found the exercise room. Nothing fancy, but they do have a couple of treadmills, stair machine, squat machine, bicycles...etc...after I typed that, it doesn't look too bad!

Today is day five for me...no matter what I do this evening, I have to do a 1/2 hour on the stair machine first...got new batteries for the cd player and it helps pass the minutes while I exercise.

I forgot how good it feels....counting the minutes the whole time but glad I did it when the timer hits 30 min.

I really need to take your advice, I used to, and what a difference it made in everything about my day.

Whoa! I think I missed something here.

Excercise is great for the mind, body and soul. My new years resolution was to start doing yoga. I haven't started yet but it's not the end of the year yet so I still have some time.

Like I said, I moved a month ago & I decided to wait 30 days to get my system used to breathing air in a non-mold environment...started up on the stair machine last Monday and I feel better....ate a donut today & blew it...I'll be back on it today after I get home...

i used to run 3 miles a day and looking back i can tell i was a much calmer and more relaxed person then. the exercise is also great for meditation, and feeling better about your body certainly makes a difference when it comes to having confidence. i can't wait to get moved so i can start back up. (my new apartment complex has a fitness center too!)

And, there's never anyone in the apartment fitness room...

              ...which is great!

I went in about 8 p.m. did my 30 min., came home, cleaned up, layed down to watch IFC and ... out like a light...I love it! Definitely a good thing!

Got on the treadmill here at work yesterday and plan to go again today during lunch. Exercise helps my pain level which is almost out of control the past four or five days.
