Finally Filed!
Well, our attorney filed our Chapter 7 last Friday - our 341 hearing is scheduled for July 14th. If you haven't been reading my blog, go back to the 2nd entry to see where we were when I started writing this... it's pretty funny to see the difference! Interestingly, though - I estimated filing in June.... -
Back in the mix...
Well, it's been a tough Spring, but I'm getting better every day... I finally got all the paperwork to the attorney last week, and we got our pre-filing certificate early this week. It all seems a little anti-climactic now. With me being so extremely tired all the time, the financial stuff started... -

Just a little update. Since my surgery in January, I have been struggling with my health. The surgery went well, recovery has been as good as can be expected, but I am having extreme problems with fatigue. Update & stressed out spending money!
Well, not much progress being made here. Still recovering from surgery and caught a cold that really knocked me out for the last week, so I haven't been getting much done. I'm finally feeling a bit better and really really need to get all my BK paperwork in to the attorney! I set up my filing system... -

Huh. I'm just reviewing a few posts, actually using some of my blog entries to help me remember when things happened as I'm filling out my BK paperwork.
I just realized that on 12/31 I blogged that one of my Citi accounts had charged off - they couldn't pull up my info... and yet...
