Hello. What would you say is or was your biggest regret or mistake made when going through the Chapter 13 process both:before filing and during the process? Thanks!

My 341 meeting was today in a nutshell I filed for chapter 13, I have a 1st and a 2nd mortgage and credit card debt. We are attempting to strip the 2nd mortgage since my property is underwater. I have NO arrears.

We had our 341 this week. I got so stressed out leading up to it, but it was pretty painless. The worst part is that I didn't realize that I'd have to go through a metal detector and hand over my phone (because it has a camera?) while I was in the Federal Building.
