But, I found on various usenet soap opera newsgroups someone offering 1 in every hundred people that sign up with [link removed by moderator] $25,000.
He is randomly choosing one person out of every hundred people to recieve the $25K. They have to inform him of proof of payment via e-mail.
Is it legal for him to be doing this? If I sign up will there be any trouble with the courts if they find out? I would like to do it but I would like to know if I can get in trouble if I win and don't tell the court or my lender?
