Before we can help you sort that out, we need a little more information:
- What state are you in?
- Looking back the last six full calendar months (May-Oct) at ALL sources of income, how much did your household make?
- How many children are living with you? Do you have other adults living in the home with you full-time?
- Do you want to keep major assets (house, cars) after you file? If yes, are you current on those loan payments?
Hang in there - you are among folks here who understand where you are at the moment. Once you give us more info, we can better help you sort out what's possible in your situation.
