We are filing in 2 weeks from now. Are car will be included in the payment plan. When do I stop paying it ? Do I wait until they start taking the chapter 13 payments? Thanks

Be sure to verify this with your attorney first, but if your trustee is going to make your car payment (not just make up loan arrears) then normally you will stop making payments on the car after you file.Originally posted by helpsoneeded View Post
