If it was current to the date of filing, then dispute that puppy.
I believe CC charge off at the 180 day mark ( I could be wrong)
It shouldn't be reporting as a CO, it should read paid as agreed or maybe 30 days late if that was the case right before filing and then IIB (usually once you file but definitely after discharge)
But up to the point of filing, it should report correctly, then IIB.
Dispute it as current up until filing.
If they don't correct, get nasty.
A creditor can report the activity up until filing, once you file, no other late payments can show, just IIB after filing in your history with a 0 balance..
If you find something not reporting that it was cleared in BK with a zero balance, is it usually good enough just to dispute and add your case number to it? Or do you have to provide documentation, I am guessing its up to the reporter to prove you wrong.
