It seems unlikely that I will get a reaffirmation on a 9 month old BMW.
Does anyone have any experience with BMW Bank and doing a ride-through (retain & pay)?
I have filed in Maryland and BMW called me within a few days of my petition filing asking if I intended to reaffirm the car loan. It appears that they are in the process of putting together the reaffirmation agreement and will be sending it to me for consideration. I'm wondering how they might react if I suggest a ride-through after explaining the unlikely nature of reaffirmation approval.
