Addendum: At this time, the possible future backup that I was offering to LAZ/HRx is out of license; they may have those sites.

In order to aid at that time, I spent real dollars, $200+, and purchased Vbulletin software to make a clone. I was then accused of attempting to pirate the site. This was NEVER my intent. And I even apologized as I am now, for doing nothing wrong except trying to 'HELP'.

I hope "they" get their site right, as I have been too busy with personal problems relating to age and responsibilities.

I hope I will again have time to participate as I love you all (in God) and miss this place. I also wish the best for LAZ as he created a fabulous opportunity for those who are now going through what we did with our total ignorance of what was going on. We now know, and do rightly wish to help those who are now in the place we once were. I sign off for now, and expect to be back soon. Love in God to all of you. 'Hub

I have had zero problems also km but many get error msgs and many don't receive email notifications. I don't log out and i don't want emails so it works perfect for me. *shrugs*

really? you are surly on of the lucky ones. the point or the most important point is the emails, while you may not like them, many love to continue to contribute to threads or posts they have/are involved with. the notifications just served as "friendly" reminders for many and brought them back to the site...sorta out of sight out of mind for many.

traffic has been down significantly on the sight, many times i come on and their is not a soul on, or maybe on or two, that's only happened since the emails have stopped. some may not notice the change, many others do.

first i guess the "e" is not working on my keyboard, yikes i have so many on's as opposed to the word on"e", just can't type lol! sorry bout that.

i really do think, actually i know, statistics are down for filings across the country. however, what's not down is the readjustment to a new life style change that many of have undergone. i have also noticed that there also appears to be more 13's than 7's nowadays. i'm not basing that on any actual study but just seems so. i think 7's are more difficult than ever to accomplish, i know here in florida in the middle district, they have done whatever they can to discourage the filings, example, like sending out more appraisers, getting the word spread the man is coming to you house, so you best not be hiding anything under the bed. a real scare tactic. also, 13's bring in more money for both atty's and trustees alike, so as we see the surge coming to an end it appears their rein of rule is dwindling so they best grab as much as possible before it comes to a complete end.

i don't know about other parts of the county, but i do know this, we have the self absorbed younger population that is either so self absorbed (the ones that snap pictures of themselves all day and post on social media like the world is theirs and they own it), or the complete opposite, whereas, there dream of owning a home is not a priority, pay cash for what it is, and do not live outside you income means. these i believe are the ones that saw their parents or grandparents experience loss jobs, homes etc., and never want to find themselves in that position.

i agree, this is by far the best site on the net! and with the BEST people ever!

where is my head?? (i know i just had hip surgery and i'm still out of it),i didn't know that hub? i didn't know that you were thought to have been trying to pirate the site? i totally missed that when i read your post. i even recall HHM commenting on doing a site as well if it didn't come back just as a matter of fact, not invasion. but during that time you were only trying to help frantically, from what i recall. i just wanted to state that for the keeper of "records" you and ms cat have been invaluable parts of this community. besides being great humans. your magnanimous comments have been greatly missed, hub.

Hmmm. For some reason I thought HHM was an owner of the site or something like that. He seemed like the lead moderator, certainly had a law backround, and was blunt and to the point like a attorney. Sounds strange that you Mods don't know where he went. I am assuming here, but I would think you Mods are getting paid by the owner of this site, whoever the owner is.

No. We are volunteers. Or at least I am. I guess I can't say for sure about the other mods.
