    Reaffirmation Question - Help

I reaffirmed my car in the bankruptcy. The company that I reaffirmed my car loan with just sold "its autoloan finance portfolio to Santander Consumer USA." Does this mean that my reaffirmation with my original car loan company is now invalid and will not transfer to Santander. I have heard many complaints about Santander and now I am worried that they will raise my interest rate, monthly car payment, etc. even though the letter I received from the original lender says that this does not affect the current terms of your auto loan contract. I am really worried now.

No, the reaffirmation stands until the loan is paid. They cannot change your terms however so as long as you continue to pay on time you should not have a problem.
