We have a couple payments remaining, but are planning to sell the home after the bk closing date.
We spoke with the title company today, about what to expect when we sell the house. We didn't get too much info.
It will take them about 6-8 weeks to get the final payoff amount from the mortgage company.
Also, they will need to review all bankruptcy documentation.
Aside from this, do you have thoughts on caveats to expect from the process?
We will check in with our attorney as well, in case they have thoughts on this.
