If the rumor that the new credit risk guideline won't be implemented until early spring is true?? I heard that unofficial rumor and also read it on a few blogs.

Do you have any information on that. My mortgage broker told me that it is on hold. She wasn't able to get my case number on monday, and was telling me it reallly didn't matter because of the delay.

Yes you are correct. There should be some FHA changed within the next month or two once congress is back in session with the FHA modernization bill.
