    Mortgage Not On Credit Report

My mortgage was bought last summer while still in Ch 13, but I do not see the new lender on my credit report. Now that I'm a month after discharge, when can I expect to see the new lender and my mortgage on the credit report? Or is this something I'm going to have to report to the bureaus myself?

They are likely not reporting, because you are in an "open" bankruptcy. They will likely start, on their own, after a billing cycle or two after close. However, you may need to poke them. The main reason that banks/creditors avoid reporting anything during the pendancy of the bankruptcy (the case is open), is to avoid violating the automatic stay and/or the permanent discharge injunction against collection.

So, as for when... it's anyone's guess. (You would not go to the credit bureau. This is a reporting issue with the creditor.)
