Should I dispute these "potentially negative" entries after CH13 Discharge?

I received my CH13 discharge two days ago. The discharge is already reporting on my Experian credit report so I have started the process of disputing the negative entries on my report. I have disputed everything that is reporting as "Petition for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy" that had late payments.

I have some "potentially negative" entries and I am not sure what to do with these:
    • Chase is reporting my mortgage as "Petition for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy/Never Late" and the account is showing as "closed." My mortgage was not included in the BK and I made my payments outside of the plan. My mortgage was not discharged, it is still open and I have never been late with a payment before or after filing. I would like this to be shown as an open account that is current, never late and is still reporting. Should I dispute it this way?
    • Toyota is reporting the auto lease I had at the time of filing as "Petition for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy/Never Late" and the account is showing as closed. During my plan, my lease expired and I bought out the lease and financed it. Should this be disputed to show the account was paid in full and not in the bankruptcy?
I appreciate any advice on what to do with these accounts. Thank you!

I would dispute anything that is incorrect. But, alas, be careful. You may dispute something and they remove it from your report. But you then find out that the average age of accounts (AAoA) is lowered and your score drops. Even an old bad collection counts towards the AAoA and other factors in a score.

    Beware.
