    FICO Score question

I went car shopping last week and checked my real fico's from myfico.com
My TU was 560. When I went to the car dealership, they ran my credit and said I had a 590, 30 points higher. Why is that?
And when I checked my EX myfico said 620 but the dealer was showing 580, 40 points lower.
    Why are they so different?
Scores were pulled the same day by the way, and I went to 2 different dealerships with the same results.

Specific creditors like car dealerships pull FICO scores that are specifically 'skewed' for their product. That's likely what happened in your case. The FICO score you see is the average, unskewed score.
