Chase Auto was included in my chapter 7. No credit cards with chase, just my auto loan was included. Now when i apply for a chase card, they actually run my credit report. I dont get approved yet cause of low scores but because they are pulling my report....does that mean i am not blacklisted?

When you apply for credit with anyone they automatically pull your credit report. In fact, it's stated right there on the paperwork you sign that you allow them to pull your credit reports. I am a bit confused as to the way you worded your last sentence but I believe you are stating you think you are not "blacklisted" with Chase because they actually pulled your credit report. Pulling a credit report is not preferential treatment for anyone. Your chances of getting denied a credit card with Chase are high because you included an auto loan with Chase in your BK. Chase is well known for not being BK friendly._________________________________________

Well thats not always true because Capital One doesnt even pull my reports. They just say that due to the way i handled my prior capital one accounts that they can not extend creditComment
