Anyone do this? does the trustee pull credit report to see if you have applied for new credit?

Some trustees allow you to apply for credit of no more than $1,000 during a Chapter 13. I suggest you give your attorney a call and find out if there will be an issue if you open any kind of credit account while still in your Chapter 13. Be very careful that during your Chapter 13 you do not jeopardize yourself with any excess bills that will not permit you to make your Plan payment, mortgage payment, etc._________________________________________
