Edwards2-I never knew that Target & Household were related. It just says 'Target National Bank' on their website, though I assumed there was someone else behind it...

That Great you got his credit up there like that ..

I thought the judements should come off when filing BK and discharged my husband has a judgement two actually one car accident..driving reckless not under influence..
      and one apartment complex..
My husband application with Capital one most likely not went through hopefully.. I just think it will not get approved not sure what I was thinking at that moment....

Thats even better that they took it off credit report if he had lates ..

I could not wait until this BK discharge date .. I thought It would be over but now it is just another part of game.. I thought no credit cards would help me but boy did I learn a lot of this site... and all others..
I just hate credit cards beacuse I do not trust my self.. sorry to say but I do not.. that is why i was trying to stay away from them .. but i had a second thought when i read what they can do for your credit rating now it is time to just pretend we do not have them put them in a draw.. that will have to be me.. I am just SCARED of them but trying to get mt score up..
Well thanks for all your GREAT info and help..

Judgements don't get taken on the report just by filing BK, but the BK discharges the debt so the judgement becomes meaningless to a certain extent. (The creditor can't do anything with the judgement after BK.
