How to get free credit report?

Hi all,

We're trying to rebuild our credit and would like to make sure our credit reports are accurate. It hasn't been one year since we've requested our free credit reports. I wanted to know if there's any way we can obtain reports without forking out too much money. I remember reading a post about it. I just can't find.

I'd appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you.

We used Annual Credit Report, it is free. I cant remember if it includes the scores or not. Most montering companies offer free trials and include all 3 scores. You can find a bunch by googling it.

This is the "official" site that allows access 1x/year with no requirement to sign up for anything.

Thanks for the replying. We've already used annualcreditreport.com last year in Sep and we're allowed free reports every 12months. Any recommendations for credit monitoring agencies or are they pretty much all the same? Price range? Thanks!
